A more thoughtful standard of maternal care.
A coordinated, human-led approach to postpartum care. Bringing clarity, continuity, and support to one of life’s most significant transitions.
CLOSING THE GAP IN POSTPARTUM CARE
The transition into motherhood is one of the most significant shifts a person can experience,
yet care during this time is often fragmented, difficult to navigate, and centered almost entirely around the baby.
Motherline was created to offer something more connected—bringing together thoughtful guidance, coordinated support, and a clearer path forward so mothers don’t have to figure it out on their own.
Most postpartum care ends within weeks of delivery, despite recovery and adjustment continuing for months.
ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Rachel Meakins
Rachel is a doula, lactation counselor, childbirth educator, and maternal health advocate with a background in pre-med, psychology, and women’s health.
Her work has always centered on supporting women through major life transitions, with a focus on translating complex health information into care that feels both grounded and human. After working closely with mothers across pregnancy and postpartum, she saw firsthand how fragmented the system can be - and how much is left for women to navigate on their own.
Motherline is the result of that experience: a model designed to bring continuity, clarity, and a higher standard of care to the postpartum period.
Curated care pathways for a more supported postpartum experience.
Motherline brings together a network of trusted practitioners including doulas, lactation consultants, therapists, and recovery specialists into one coordinated care plan designed around your stage, needs, and priorities.
With a dedicated care coordinator guiding your experience, support is structured, thoughtfully timed, and continuously adapted as your needs evolve.

A more connected model of care
Motherline is built on collaboration—bringing together practitioners across disciplines to work within a shared care plan, rather than in isolation.
Through ongoing communication, structured coordination, and continuous learning, we’re creating a model that not only supports families more effectively, but contributes to a broader understanding of what improves maternal outcomes over time.
